By using our website, demo forms, or voice agents, you agree to these terms. Demo systems are provided "as is" for evaluation only and may be recorded to monitor quality and performance.

All software, prompts, call flows, and documentation are the intellectual property of Omniside AI, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our systems or content.

Project fees, deliverables, and service levels are defined in your signed proposal or order form. After-hours or missed-call coverage and third-party integrations (e.g. phone, calendar, CRM) depend on systems you control and maintain.

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding three months. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Note: Live demo calls are provided free of charge and do not create any obligation to purchase services.
